We have made some significant changes to the events list. Please read through carefully and update your diary. The changes are in response to our busy lifestyles and the current economic climate. From June we will not run as many events outside of the class sessions. These sessions will run alongside advanced training sessions, which will run as normal. These are Monday 8-9pm Oaklands & Saturday 1-2pm at the Lyypards. Everyone is welcome to attend these events. Brown
and blackbelts still need to complete a minimum of 3 per year. Please note the date for the instructor meeting has changed, along with venue. |

BB and I will be starting a new class on a Wednesday night at Archdales football club in Warndon. Starts
21st April There is a bar!
There have been a lot of changes but the class seems to be working
well now. No
jewellery in class. Please check this website regularly for updates, especially for updates to the events list. All students are welcome to attend any courses and events - you will not be out of place or left behind - new students are very important to the association. A huge congratulation to the following people for a superb and successful grading: Liam
Morris Get your work in - BB is on the warpath! The
recent gradings were of a high standard. We would like to thank Neil (Mr. Messy) for his efforts on a Saturday to improve our fighting. We look forward to lots more sessions and hope that his patience remains. February - Leonie Moffatt Roberts It
has been brought up at a recent instructor meeting that attendance
is patchy for some people and tends to be better round gradings. As
a result we are introducing a minimum session time in between gradings
- starting April 1st. The time between gradings, as set out in the syllabus book, still applies. New t-shirts are now in stock. Please
make friends with Martial Arts White Lotus on facebook to receive
up to date class info. As of April 1st it is no longer compulsory to do katas in your gradings, even for blackbelt. You will need to select kata, fitness (padwork) or sparring. You will still need to spa briefly in your dan gradings. Happy training From
