On the weeks above (weeks begin on Saturdays) the sessions above will run in the following classes:
Oaklands - Monday - 7 - 8 pm until September as part of class - then 8 - 8.30 pm
Christopher Whitehead - Tuesday nights - as part of class
Lyppards - Sat 1 - 2 pm
Black and Brown belts need to attend a minimum of 3 per year, but it is in your best interests to attend more.

These sessions are in addition to the usual activities in the classes. We will still have a lesson for those not doing the courses at those sessions and as always we will cater to the individual needs of students.
