Turn
over with opponent on all fours using arm as a lever, ending up in mune
gatame (chest hold).
Breakfalls
- front rolling, side (left and right) dive from knees and standing,
backwards rolling.
Ogoshi
(major hip throw).

Turn
over with opponent between your legs, into arm lock, then hold down.
One
strangle when on top of opponent, then one whilst under opponent.

Teach a 30 minute groundwork session to include at least one armlock, one strangle, one hold, and one turnover, with breakfalls left and right side. |
